Fexo Parking Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing or using Fexo Parking (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service & Availability

Core features: saving a parked car location, finding it later via geolocation or map view.
Pay for Parking: currently available in the United Arab Emirates only. We may expand to additional regions in the future.
Some features require device permissions (e.g., Location) to function as intended.

3. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate information and use the App lawfully.
Comply with local parking laws and pay any applicable fees or fines to third-party authorities or operators.
Do not misuse the App (e.g., interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use it to violate law).

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including but not limited to:

Google Maps SDK (map rendering).
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for advertising.
OneSignal for push notifications.

Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

5. No Emergency Use

The App is not intended for emergency navigation or life-critical use. Mapping accuracy, availability, and timing information may vary and are not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, and brand elements (excluding third-party components) are owned by Fexo FZC LLC and protected by applicable IP laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Ads & Purchases

The App may display advertising (including rewarded ads). If we later offer paid features or subscriptions, additional terms may apply at purchase.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Fexo FZC LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, provisions intended to survive will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute shall be in a competent court within the UAE.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
