Yes. Every conversion happens entirely offline on your iPhone or iPad. No files or personal data ever leave your device — ensuring complete privacy.

⚙️ How do I convert a file?

It’s simple! Just open Fexo Converter, tap “Select File,” choose your file, and select a format to convert into. The conversion will process instantly within the app — no internet required.

🖼 Can I save images or videos to my gallery?

Yes. When you choose to save a file to your Photos, the app will ask for permission. That’s the only time Fexo Converter accesses your Photos app — to store your converted file securely.

💡 My conversion failed — what should I do?

Make sure the input file is not corrupted or unsupported. Try again after restarting the app. If the issue persists, please email us your file type and details at converterios@fexo.app.

🧾 Can I request a new converter type?

Yes! You can request new conversion formats directly inside the app from Settings → Request Converter, or send us a message at converterios@fexo.app.

🧠 How do I increase conversion speed?

You can tap the Speed Up Conversion option in settings to boost performance. Watching a short ad activates faster conversion speed for better experience.
